Overview
Limestone Capital Partners LLC is a privately held real estate investment firm headquartered at 401 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 1200, Chicago, IL 60611. The firm acquires and operates multifamily residential properties in Chicago, with a focus on the vintage masonry buildings that have housed the city’s residents for a century.
We are vertically integrated: acquisitions, asset management, and day-to-day property operations sit under common ownership, with property management conducted through the firm’s affiliated management operation. That alignment means the people underwriting a building are the same people accountable for how it performs for residents and investors over the long term.
Our name reflects our approach. Limestone is Chicago’s building stone — unglamorous, load-bearing, and made to last. We aim to invest the same way.

We underwrite conservatively, walk every property, and pass on far more deals than we pursue. Price discipline is the first form of risk management.
Alignment
The firm’s principals invest their own capital alongside the firm’s partners. We own what we manage and manage what we own.

These buildings are homes. Responsible ownership — safe, well-maintained housing and responsive management — is both the right thing to do and the foundation of durable returns.
